Q. How does your test compare to the blood test
A. Apart from being less invasive and considerably cheaper from comparison tests carried out by our clients, we believe our test is as accurate (if not more accurate) than the blood tests. Remember we offer an 100% refund policy if not fully satisfied with your results, so you cannot lose.
Q. My hair is dyed, will this affect the result?
A. No, the test is completed on the DNA of the hair sample so hair colouring will have no effect on the result.
Q. I don't have any hair on my head, can you still complete a test?
A. The hair sample does not have to be from the head, we have had eye brow hair and even the occasional pubic hair!
Q How much hair do I have to provide?
A Only a small amount, 3-4 individual hairs. We do not require clumps of hair, although occasionally we have been sent very large amounts!
Q. Can you test against a different specific item not included in your test?
A. Yes we have completed specific tests for many clients to try and help them narrow down their intolerance. This has included specific food items, hair and feathers from pets and leaves from house plants.
We are currently offering this test free of charge, you just put a sample of the item you want testing in a separate bag and send it in with your hair sample. This is limited to one item per person, if you require more this can be completed at a small additional charge, please call us to discuss your requirements.
We have completed tests on various drugs and chemicals, please call to discuss this before sending them through.
Q. I have bought off the internet before, how can I be certain you will complete and send out the tests?
A. We are a verified company with Paypal, we use them as they guarantee you against internet fraud. We include our address on the paypal receipt, email address and phone number so you can contact us if you have any concerns.
Q. Why are we so cheap?
A. We keep our costs low and we email our reports saving on postage and stationary. This enables us to offer such a comprehensive and accurate test at the price offered.
Q. Is there anything additional to pay?
A. At present you have to pay the cost of the postage back to the processing centre in Europe.
Q. I want a test completing on my 6 month year old child, can you complete it?
A. Yes, unfortunately the major increase in juvenile asthma and eczema has meant almost daily we are completing tests on babies and young children.
Q. Can you complete the test on animals?
A. According to vets, animals especially dogs can suffer greatly from intolerances. Following requests from several vets (and pet owners) we have designed a test specifically for dogs and cats. You can order the test in the normal manner.
Q. Where are the tests processed?
A. At present the tests are processed in our laboratory in Europe. Although we are looking to open a centre in the USA. Once the hair sample has been received at our laboratory you will receive your results within 7-10 days.
Q. Are there any conditions to your refund policy
A. The only conditions are that you once you have received your results you follow the elimination diet for 14 days to see the full benefits of the test.The only other condition to comply with Paypal's policy on refunds is that your request is received within 30 days of you receiving your results.
