Case Studies & Testimonials
Case study 1
Susan* used to be employed as a pilot but had to give up work because several times a week when she had a meal she would be doubled up in pain afterwards. It brought her out in a rash, affected her breathing and made life unbearable. She had suffered for nearly 10 years. She had been diagnosed previously as both dairy and wheat intolerant but eradicating both items out of her diet had made no change to her condition. She had almost completely changed to a vegan diet with the majority of her meals involving salads.
We completed all our tests and discovered she was intolerant to lettuce (particularly Kos lettuce), she was also intolerant to sunflower seeds and pine nuts. Susan had been using these items in her diet on an almost daily basis. We were also able to report no indication of intolerance to either dairy or wheat items.
Susan contacted us two weeks after the test to thank us. Not only had she had no further outbreaks or attacks but she had also slowly incorporated both wheat and diary products back into her diet without any issues.
The real boost is that she had signed back up to re-train as a pilot!
Case study 2
Diane* had suffered with intolerances since the age of 4 (she was now nearly 50). It had got worse throughout her life and was now so bad she was affected by perfume, paint, packaging materials on new products to name a few. Her symptoms were so bad she had to go to bed until they had passed. During the summer she also suffered badly with hayfever.
The non-food intolerance test identified she was intolerant to a chemical called Ethylene Oxide. This chemical is commonly used in paints, perfumes, it is a mould suppressant so used to protect new products in their packaging. The list of items this chemical is used in matched identically the items that Susan suffered problems with.
We also identified her Hay Fever was specific to weed pollen which is found in Rape.
As these products are so common in this country it will be difficult for her to avoid them so we are currently working with her to increase her immunity and tolerance levels. After only a few weeks her attacks have reduced considerably.
